Appointment Policy
To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time and impact your results.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and apply the applicable cancellation fee. We will always do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time whenever possible.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Skyn Lab, we value both our patients’ time and our providers’ schedules. To ensure appointment availability for all guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as missed appointments, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
After three late cancellations and/or no-shows, future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable if our cancellation policy is violated.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as last-minute cancellations often prevent us from offering those appointment times to other patients.

Refund Policy
Services
All services rendered are non-refundable. Individual results vary, and while we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, aesthetic results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be recommended to achieve your desired goals.
Retail Products
We do not offer refunds on retail purchases. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same product when the original product is returned.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Children Policy
We adore little ones, however, for the safety of your children and the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment.
Our treatment rooms contain medical equipment and supplies that may not be suitable for children, and we want every patient to enjoy a relaxing experience during their visit.
Pet Policy
While we love animals, pets are not permitted within our facility.
Only trained service animals are allowed in accordance with applicable laws. Guests arriving with a pet that is not a service animal will be asked to remove the animal from the premises before their appointment can begin.
