Yes. Members may request a tier change at the end of any billing cycle. Switching from Club to Bank is available after your 12-month Club commitment is fulfilled. Switching from Bank to Club enrolls you in a new 12-month commitment.
No. Credits accumulated through the Bank membership do not expire while your membership is active. If you cancel, unused credits must be redeemed within 90 days of your cancellation date.
Your monthly Club treatment is designated for the included facial or peel options. Your member perks — including the 10% discount on injectables, skincare, retail, and IV therapy — apply to all additional purchases made during your membership.
Loyalty milestone rewards are earned upon reaching the specified tenure. Cancelling before a milestone forfeits that reward. Rewards already received prior to cancellation are retained.
No joining fee for either tier. Your first monthly payment is due at enrollment and your billing cycle begins on that date.
